Hii! I'm d and welcome to my neocities!! 
I decided to make a website partially because of this tumblr post! But also cause there are so many cool websites out there and I want to get in on it!!!
Another reaason was that I've been interested in coding since a bit before grades 9 and 10, those were the grades where I did a bit of html and python respectively. I only know very basic stuff so far so please be patient with me 
I have played some games about coding. I played Human Resource Machine but I didn't really like it maybe if I get smarter I might start to like it. However I played the demo of this game Code Romantic and I quite liked it and added it to my steam wishlist.
Part of the reason I didn't pursue coding past grade 10 was cause for some reason I just felt like my brain didn't really work that way like I could code I was doing well in the course in grade 10 when I was doing python I just felt the way I was going about the assignments was weird. Also I was one of the only girls in the class lol.
23rd October 2024:
- added some more info about me and my experience coding
- added another website to my inspo section
22nd October 2024:
- made the change log smaller
- centred the embedded youtube video
- separated the buttons at the bottom of the page
- made the view counters a marquee
- moved the made by a girl to be by the top nav
- separated the topnav from the rest of the website
-tried to make the changelog more readable by separating the days more and removing the full stops and making it look more like bullet points and less like a block of text

18th October 2024:
- changed the title of the page to 'd's site!'
- changed the change log's text colour to make it seem like it was written in blue pen or something

15th October 2024:
- removed the hyperlink to the song The List by Metric and embedded it into my homepage
- change log now has crumpled up paper as the background image
- added dashes to try and make this more readable rather than just a large block of text
- added a button to the top of the website to go to my guestbook
14th October 2024:
- removed the header that said "d's website"
- there was a tiny hyperlink between two buttons that I got rid of
- moved the total view counter and the current view counter to the right of the screen
- was going to change the colours of the site to match my tumblr blog but it was really ugly so I tried my best to get to the old colours
- added a heap of new buttons
- moved the "made by a girl" button to the top of the screen as it is larger than my other buttons and didn't format nicely
- added full stops to the end of the sentences on the change log
- added a button to the top of the screen that says "My Music" which will redirect to a page with my cd collection/lastfm/spotify once I create one
- fixed the code for the button which directs you to my guestbook
13th October 2024: (all for the index.html page unless specified)
- changed the background colour
- made a change log
- added more info about me
- used emojis made by veryluckyclovers on tumblr
- made a top navigation bar
- reordered the list of info about me and put it above the list of some of my interests
- added some more buttons tee hee
- added text to show up when mouse hovers over buttons
- added a guestbook! It's in the button section if anyone wants to sign it and leave a message
- added Cbox as well as a guestbook lol
- added an access counter and a counter for how many people are active on my website currently
- created a page to compile everything I've referred to that has helped me build this website
- added the top navigation bar to that page too
12th October 2024:
- followed the tutorial on neocities to make the index.html page and added some buttons
